My Weight Loss Journey: One Step at a Time

Last year in July 2023, I embarked on a weight loss journey after noticing some changes in my body—more fat accumulation and a noticeable shift in my metabolism. I was constantly feeling low on energy and found it hard to focus on my work. A big part of this was my eating habits. I was always eating out because I didn’t have time to cook, and that left me feeling lethargic and unproductive.
So, I decided it was time for a change. My goal was to reduce belly fat and regain control over my health. Recently, I’ve adopted a one-meal-a-day routine. I skip breakfast (just coffee), have a good lunch, and avoid dinner. It hasn’t been easy, but it’s been worth it. I started this journey at 76 kg, and now I’m down to 64 kg, maintaining this weight and feeling better overall.
However, this is just the beginning! I’m now focusing on boosting my metabolism, and I’ve started running regularly. I’m excited to see where this leads me.
My advice to anyone looking to make a change: start by paying attention to your meal plan. Cook your own food, and avoid outside meals as much as possible. The small steps add up, and this journey is ongoing—so stay tuned for more updates!
To be continued...
